Havoc Volleyball was created to provide high-level training and competitive opportunities for local athletes.

Built in response to limited local options and excessive travel demands, Havoc delivers structured, performance-driven training close to home. We focus on technical skill, game awareness, and mental toughness—preparing athletes to compete with confidence at every level.

STEPHANIE SCHRADER

Director & Owner

A South Haven native, Stephanie Schrader returned home in 2016 with a passion for building strong, competitive programs rooted in the local community. She previously owned and operated a semi-professional football team from 2012–2015, leading the organization to playoff appearances every season. In recognition of the team’s organization and efficiency, she was appointed to the Great Lakes Football League’s Board of Directors in 2013.

Stephanie founded Havoc Volleyball to provide high-level training and competitive opportunities locally, applying proven leadership, structure, and accountability to athlete development and club operations.
